Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Cost: €12.95 (applied to all orders under €50)
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Eligibility: Available for orders over €50
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
General Conditions
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories
- Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Consumables (chambres à air, chains)
- Maintenance and repair products
- Technical components (cassettes, sprockets, chains, cables) unless original packaging is intact and product was never installed or used
Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request

Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours and send:
- Return approval confirmation
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Carefully repackage items in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or return form
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email a confirmation
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return
- If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount with a refund or additional payment
- Shipping costs for the new item are your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
Defective Products or Our Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- We will provide a prepaid return label if needed
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
